Prior to joining MicroInsurance, Ndaziona was the Regional Coordinator for Women Investment Cooperative. She started her career as a reporter for Malawi News Agency before joining Horizon Health Limited as Customer Service and Sales Officer. She holds diploma 1 and 2 in professional Journalism, diploma level 4, community development (ABMA), Bachelor of marketing and public relations from Malawi College of Accountancy.
