Beatrice is a respected and motivated development leader with over 17 years of working experience, specializing in program development and livelihood improvement. She previously worked with NASFAM as Head of Policy and Communications and has experience with Multi-Country projects. Beatrice holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) obtained from Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) Tanzania and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Malawi, Bunda College of Agriculture.

Allan Banda is an IT operation strategist with over 14 years of experience in Information Technology and Telecommunications. He has worked with Airtel Africa group office in Nairobi, Kenya and Airtel Sierra Leone and currently with Airtel Malawi. Allan has a BSc in Computer Science obtained from the University of Malawi in 2005, MSc Informatics obtained from the University of Malawi in 2013 and an MBA from University of Roehampton London.

Dalitso Odalla is a Financial Management specialist with over 20 years experience. He is currently working for Afri-Oils Ltd as Finance Manager. Prior Dalitso worked for Lilongwe handling Company (2002 to 2011) before moving to Valid Nutrition (2011 to 2022). Dalitso is a qualified and member of ACCA. Dalitso joined the MicroInsurance Services board in January 2023 and chairs the Finance, Audit and Investments sub committee of the board.

Donvan is a legal practitioner and Managing Director of Silungwe Law Consultants. Over the years he has developed interest in personal injury litigation, and has authored a book titled Personal Injury Claims in Malawi: Arising from Road Accidents. Donvan has represented local insurance companies in many cases. He joined the board of MicroInsurance Services as non-executive director in 2015. He is a holder of Bachelor of Law degree.
